  1. As a OJT u will be assigned under one Technical staff in IIHT. The staff will monitor ur preparation, performance & staff will guide u to improve.
  2. As a OJT u will be troubleshooting all the IT devices like Computers, servers, Routers, switches etc., in IIHT, which increases ur real time knowledge.
  3. Apart from ur classes, in ur free time u will be completely preparing technical & non technical stuffs. Going to home after completing the classes has a high chance of deviation in preparation.
  4. Without wasting time u will be preparing in Interview questions & answers, dumps etc.,
  5. Due to Reasons like Entertainment, friends, family members, fear, worry – home preparation proves less effective.

OJT imporves ur Presentation skills:

  1. Presentation skills is highly important in clearing interviews. Many students fail in interviews due to lack of good presentation skills.

  2. Admission into OJT system is on first come & first serve basis. Once OJT slot is full, we couldn’t process new request & it will be kept in waiting list.
  3. There is no selection process or assessment for becoming OJT. As the aim of OJT system is to make u better qualified.
  4. OJT system is free of cost.
  5. OJT tenure is from 3months onwards.
  6. Per day 9 hours (including ur class duration, lunch, tea break)
  7. Work like pattern is followed in code of conduct.
  8. OJT is a friendly & easy option which includes process for ur qualities improvement.
